PILANCO is an architectural aluminium engineering and systems division of the Pilankars Group. The information on this website provides general details regarding our custom-engineered window frames, luxury sliding doors, and structural curtain walls. Physical performance specifications (wind pressure safety, saline resistance, acoustic metrics) are project-dependent and are finalized only in signed contract schedules.

The content published on this website (designs, photos, systems blueprints, textual narratives, brand elements, and icons) is the exclusive intellectual property of PILANCO and Pilankars Group and is protected under national and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized replication or business usage is prohibited.

3. User Obligations and Blueprints Upload

When you submit contact details, project classifications, or upload structural drawings (in PDF, Excel, or CAD format):

• You warrant that you own the rights to the uploaded files and that they do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyright.
• You agree not to submit files containing viruses, corrupted files, or malware that may disrupt Vercel servers or local workstations.
• You represent that all contact credentials provided are accurate and authentic.

4. Disclaimer of Online Calculations

Any technical measurements, budget estimations, or window/door structural recommendations generated online or through digital consultations serve as preliminary estimates. PILANCO plans and manufactures products based solely on physical, certified on-site measurements conducted by our engineering coordinators.

5. Limitation of Liability

PILANCO, its founders, and parent company Pilankars Group shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use, inability to use, or reliance on information presented on this site. Furthermore, we are not responsible for structural facade issues arising from assemblies executed by uncertified, third-party local contractors who do not follow EPDM seal guides.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PILANCO and the Pilankars Group from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or the submission of files that infringe on third-party rights.
