Engineering
Coordinate structural and wind-load calculations for aluminium facade and window systems. Work directly with architects and clients to specify correct profile selections, glazing, and anchoring systems for each unique project brief.
Fabrication
Operate precision cutting, drilling, and assembly equipment in our Karaswada manufacturing plant. Responsible for profile preparation, glass insertion, hardware fitting, and quality checks before dispatch to project sites.
Installation
Lead on-site installation teams for high-end residential and commercial projects. Oversee structural anchoring, EPDM sealing, glazing insertion, and final system commissioning. Directly interface with architects and site contractors.
Sales & Design
Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers across Goa and beyond. Conduct showroom visits, prepare technical briefs, and coordinate with engineering teams to convert leads into confirmed project orders.
Operations
Manage project timelines, procurement schedules, and client communication across multiple active projects. Act as the central link between design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Engineering
Prepare precise shop drawings, elevations, and sections for aluminium window, door, and facade systems using AutoCAD. Work closely with the engineering team to translate architectural drawings into fabrication-ready technical documentation.
